    Abstract ( 673 )   HTML ( 7 )   PDF (12182KB) ( 610 )   Save

In order to improve the power grid operation risk early warning and pre-control capabilities in typhoon and other disastrous climates, the historical fault features of power grid are extracted by utilizing the machine learning technology based on the meteorological environment data, geographic environment, and the status of power transmission and transformation equipment. The meteorological risk probability of digital transmission channel is quantified to realize the advanced quantitative warning of high-risk faults in the power grid under typhoon weather environment. The proposed method can genarate the current and future N-m fault handling plans based on the current power grid status and significantly enhance the timeliness and pertinence of fault prediction. This method overcomes the difficulty that the meteorological risk model needs to be continuously revised according to the actual situation, and takes into account the response of various safety automatic devices in the power grid after a high-risk equipment failure and the control measures that need to be taken. The practical application shows that this method can provide significant decision supports for risk pre-control in the power grid dispatching operation.

    2021, 55 (S2):  42-50.  doi: 10.16183/j.cnki.jsjtu.2021.S2.007
    Abstract ( 563 )   HTML ( 8 )   PDF (1284KB) ( 327 )   Save

Aiming at the problem of insufficient system frequency regulation ability caused by wind turbines connected to the grid, doubly fed induction generators (DFIG) mostly use virtual inertia and droop control to participate the frequency regualtion of the power system. However, traditional control strategies cannot fully utilize the frequency regulation capability of DFIG. In order to further improve the frequency stability of the system, the adaptive control of the virtual inertia and the droop coefficient are realized by analyzing the effects of the virtual inertia and the droop coefficient in each stage of the frequency dynamic response. Then, based on the extreme learning machine to predict the various frequency regulation index at different levels of wind speed, the objective function of the frequency regulation index is established to achieve the optimization of the comprehensive adaptive frequency regulation parameters, and the variable load shedding rate active standby control scheme adapted to the wind speed is proposed. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method.

Taking into account the wind speed distribution and correlation, the units in the field are first clustered according to the wind speed distribution, and the wind speed distribution modeling scheme is proposed for practical applications. Then, each area is selected according to the European distance. Finally, considering the uncertainty between wind speed and available inertia, neural network is used to predict the available inertia distribution of each cluster. A wind farm in China is selected as the simulation example. The simulation results show that compared with the equivalent machine method based on average wind speed, the prediction accuracy of the proposed method in the low wind speed range is significantly improved, and the calculation efficiency of the proposed algorithm based on the clustered central unit is higher.

The network environment of the edge layer of the Internet of Things in power systems (IOTIPS) is complex in an open environment, and the security threats are diverse and dynamic. It is difficult for the traditional network security system based on firewall to effectively deal with the emerging security problems of the IOTIPS. This paper uses the data-driven idea to dynamically judge the network behavior of edge devices. Based on the characteristics of the IOTIPS, by using the three dimensions of network log, domain name generated by domain generation algorithm, and network traffic as criteria, a basic probability assignment method based on confusion matrix is proposed. Multi-source information fusion is performed by using the Dempster-Shafer theory, and the network security of IOTIPS is distinguished.

    2021, 55 (S2):  82-85.  doi: 10.16183/j.cnki.jsjtu.2021.S2.013
    Abstract ( 402 )   HTML ( 3 )   PDF (862KB) ( 277 )   Save

For the communication parties which only have file exchange and no other means of information exchange, this paper proposes a design method of a point-to-point ordered reliable data link layer. Control information is appended to the exchanged files to realize the basic link control function. Mechanisms of sliding window and timeout retransmission are also introduced to address the problem of disorder and even loss. Furthermore, MD5 or some other check codes are also appended to the exchanged files to achieve an efficient verification of possible damage, guaranteeing the integrity and consistency of the exchanged files. The practical application shows that ordered reliable communication link service can be realized as long as all appropriate sliding window parameters could be found, even though the communication parties only have the means of file exchanges.

XU Ling, WANG Xingzhi, XIAO Linpeng
    2021, 55 (S2):  86-91.  doi: 10.16183/j.cnki.jsjtu.2021.S2.014
    Abstract ( 449 )   HTML ( 5 )   PDF (954KB) ( 249 )   Save

The domain terms in power grid operation management documents are professional and complex. In the process of information extraction, excellent and applicable event detection methods are needed to extract event subjects. However, most of the current Chinese event detection methods use the word embedding technology to capture semantic representation, but it is difficult for these methods to capture the dependency between trigger words and other domain words in the same sentence. Based on the above situation, this paper proposes a novel hybrid representation architecture to represent the semantic and structural information of two characters and words. The model can capture rich semantic features through the semantic representation generated by the dependency parser. The experiment is based on the corpus of dispatching log, dispatching maintenance ticket, and dispatching plan. The results show that this method can significantly improve the performance of power grid dispatching text event detection.

In order to solve the problem of cumbersome external parameter calibration of solid-state lidar and overcome the difficulty in verifying its calibration results, a simple calibration and verification method for solid-state lidar is proposed. This method designs a simple calibration field and markers, uses the markers to complete the angle calibration of the lidar, and completes the distance calibration of the lidar by using the surveying method, so as to reduce the correlation of the external parameters of the angle and the distance, and to ensure the accuracy of the calibration result. Finally, the error of external parameter is obtained through comparison and calculation, and the calibration result of the lidar is verified. The experimental results show that the method proposed is reasonable and effective, and greatly reduces the equipment preparation time and cost required for lidar calibration and verification results, which has a certain application value.

    2021, 55 (S2):  110-118.  doi: 10.16183/j.cnki.jsjtu.2021.S2.018
    Abstract ( 574 )   HTML ( 4 )   PDF (8701KB) ( 314 )   Save

Aimed at the problem that lift check valves cannot fall back to the normal position, the dynamic simulation of unsteady flow in the process of opening and falling back are conducted by using PumpLinx, and the structure of the valve body is proposed and improved. The dynamic response and internal flow field distribution of the prototype and the improved check valves are obtained. The results show that the dynamic opening time and small gap falling time of the improved check valve are significantly reduced by more than 50% compared with those of the prototype. The four additional guide grooves of the improved check valve can promptly discharge the squeezed fluid from the valve core during dynamic opening, and can promptly supplement the fluid when it falls back, so that the fluid force, the pulsation, and the velocity oscillation are weakened, which can make the valve core stable without easy deflection in the dynamic process. Therefore, the check valve proposed can improve the flow stability and solve the problem that the check valve cannot fall back normally.
