Peer-Review Process
The system of double-way anonymous review and three-way review is implemented, and the process is "editor's preliminary review – peer review - editor's final review".
(1) Prequalification: the manuscripts shall be sorted and registered after being tested for relevant academic misconduct, and the qualified manuscripts shall enter the preliminary review.
(2) Preliminary review: the qualified manuscripts shall be sent to external review by experts of relevant disciplines, and at least 2 review opinions shall be obtained.
(3) Peer review: the editors invite experts to review and provide their opinions according to the academic quality of the paper. The papers that pass the external examination shall be sent to the editor-in-chief. If the external opinions are inconsistent, expert review shall be added.
(4) Final review: the editor shall submit the manuscript, preliminary review opinions and external opinions to the chief editor for final review. The chief editor shall decide whether to adopt the manuscript according to the manuscript situation and the opinions of reviewers, and send the final opinions back to the responsible editor for manuscript processing.
