Abstract: Development in the stem cells and tissue engineering technology provides novel ideas both for large tissue defect treatment and organ replacement. However, the vascular network in human organs is delicate and complex, which is hard to be manufactured and has become the main bottleneck in organ regeneration and transplantation. In addition, the inability to form a vascular system also restricts the size of organoids cultured in vitro from breaking through. Therefore, an idea of building synchronized functional vascular network was proposed to lay a good foundation for maintaining stem cell survival and developing organ regeneration.
