干涉配合对复合材料机械连接结构承载能力的影响

摘要:

综合应用试验和有限元方法,分析了不同钉孔配合下复合材料机械连接结构的拉伸强度.结果表明:在一定范围内,随着干涉量的增加,复合材料机械连接结构的承载能力提高,但是当干涉量过大时,其承载能力反而下降;连接结构的初始刚度随着干涉量的增加也呈现先增大后减小的趋势;而且,干涉配合还会影响结构的破坏模式,过大的干涉量会导致结构提前突然破坏,影响结构的安全性.通过分析受载过程中孔周的接触和纤维失效范围可知,一定的钉孔干涉可改善孔周接触情况,使得孔边载荷更加均匀,并进而提高复合材料机械连接结构的承载能力;而过大的干涉量,则可能会引起孔周大范围的纤维破坏,从而导致连接结构提前失效.

Abstract:

The load capacity in composite mechanical joints with different fit conditions was investigated both experimentally and numerically. The analysis results show that the load capacity of composite mechanical joint structure increases at first and then decreases with the increase of the interference fit; the stiffness of the structure presents the same tendency with the interference fit increasing; the interference fit can also affect the failure mode of the composite mechanical joint and too large an interference fit can lead to a sudden failure. Adequate interference fit could improve the contact conditions around the bolt hole and result in a better load capacity of the composite joint structures.
