中国国际贸易隐含的CO2评估——基于非竞争型投入产出模型

Measurement of CO2 Embodied in International Trade in China ——Based on Noncompetitive Inputoutput Model

摘要:

通过构建非竞争型投入产出模型精确地评估了1995~2005年中国国际贸易隐含的CO2.研究发现:国内生产所排放的CO2近1/4~1/3是由出口产生的,国内消费所隐含的CO2近1/5~1/4是由进口来满足的,中国净出口隐含的CO2占国内生产排放的CO2的比例不断上升,为国外承担了大量的CO2排放.另外,中间投入的进口为中国节省了越来越多的CO2;中国对外贸易结构有助于CO2减排,污染贸易条件略有好转,但2000年后对外贸易对CO2减排的贡献度在减小.因此,中国应适度控制出口规模,有针对性地调整贸易结构,从而减少CO2排放压力.

Abstract:

This paper measures accurately the CO2 embodied in international trade in China from 1995 to 2005 by constructing a non-competitive input-output model. The study shows that Chinese export brought about 1/4 to 1/3 of CO2 emissions in production while import fulfilled 1/5~1/4 of CO2 emissions in consumption. The proportion of CO2 embodied in Chinese net export of those in production increases gradually. China has shared a great deal of CO2 emissions for foreign countries. In addition, China has saved more and more CO2 because of import of intermediate input. From the perspective of industry structure, China’s foreign trade facilitates CO2 emissions reduction and the pollution terms of trade become slightly better, but the contribution for foreign trade to CO2 emissions reduction decreased from 2 000. Therefore, in order to reduce the pressure of CO2 emission, China should control the scale of export and adjust the structure of international trade pertinently.
