Abstract:

The theoretical model of the multiple micro-channel parallel flow condenser was established based on the method of distribution parameters. The formula of air side friction was summarized based on the experiment with variable conditions. The impact of air velocity, inlet air temperature and refrigerant mass flow rate on heat exchange capacity and pressure drop of condenser were analyzed. The calculated results of the model were compared with the experimental data, which showed a good agreement in changing trend and verified the correctness of the model. Its maximum error was 9.759%. This paper can provide reference for the structure optimization of multiple micro-channel parallel flow condensers and the performance analysis of heat exchangers.
