Abstract: The sweep electron microscopy (SEM) image was processed and segmented to nano Si3N4, SiC, and AlNmodified PTFE composites. Agglomeration degree and dispersed uniformity of the nano-particles in the image were quantatively segmented using particle dispersion method. The results show that the dispersed uniformity of these three nano-particle decreases as follows: nanoSiC, and nanoSi3N4, nano-AlN. Under the condition of 7% of nano-Si3N4 and nano-SiC and 5% of nano-AlN, the dispersed uniformity in PTFE is better. By processing coupling agent NDZ, the agglomeration degree of nano-particles in PTFE will decrease, the dispersed formity of nanoSi3N4 and nano-SiC in PTFE will be improved, but the dispersed formity of nano-AlN in PTFE will decrease.
