Abstract: There is a sophisticated and complex interaction network between the nervous system and the immune system. It is of significant research and translational value to clarify the mechanism of the nervous system in memorizing and influencing inflammatory signals. This paper describes how the immune system and the nervous system regulate inflammatory diseases, and points out that the nervous system affects immunological memory. Besides, it introduces the neural-immune interaction network, in the hope of providing new research ideas for the treatment of immune inflammatory diseases.
