摘要:

针对功能性假肢的功能传递与安全性之间的矛盾,提出了分时间歇承载的形状可变式假肢接受腔设计方案,以避免残肢软组织长时间承受过高载荷,导致组织缺血坏死.设计了一种负刚度挤压腔体单元,通过抽真空方式驱动腔体单元收缩,实现了对软组织的松紧夹持,且负刚度腔体单元具有松紧切换所需驱动力小和对软组织过载保护的功能.实验验证了该设计原理的可行性.

Abstract:

Aimed at the contradiction between the function transit and safety of functional prosthesis,a timeshared load-bearing interface with shape variable socket for functional prosthesis was proposed, which can solve the problems resulted from longtime overload, such as ischemic tissue necrosis. Compression cavity units with negative stiffness were designed to clamp the soft tissue of the body by making the cavity unit to contract. Negative stiffness of variable cavity unit makes it easier to adjust the tightness of soft tissue compression and provides the socket with the function of overload protection. The experiment has proved that the design is feasible.
