人工肛门括约肌性能与生物相容性的动物实验

In Vivo Research of Performance and Biocompatibility of an Artificial Anal Sphincter

摘要:

设计动物实验,验证优化设计后人工肛门括约肌系统功能性和生物相容性.实验分别在术前和术后第1、4 d,第1、2、4、5周,从2条Beagle犬颈静脉抽取血样进行血清化学分析.分析参数包括:总蛋白,白蛋白,总胆红素,天冬氨酸转氨酶,尿素氮,肌酐酸和高敏C反应蛋白.实验结果表明:系统各模块功能正常,肝功能指标总胆红素含量正常,天冬氨酸转氨酶术后略高于正常范围,术后2周恢复正常;肾功能指标尿素氮正常,肌酐酸含量在正常范围内波动;总蛋白和白蛋白含量术后虽有波动,但均恢复至正常范围;炎性因子高敏C反应蛋白含量未发生变化,表明体内无感染炎症现象;各血样指标显示人工肛门括约肌对Beagle犬生理功能并未造成不良影响.

Abstract:

To evaluate the biocompatibility and performance of the optimized artificial anal sphincter system, an in vivo experiment was designed. Blood was collected from the Beagle dogs’ jugular vein on days 1 and 4; at weeks 1, 2, 4 and 5, postoperatively. Biochemical parameters including total protein, albumin, total bilirubin, aspartate aminotransferase, blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, and Creactive protein were examined. The total bilirubin levels remained within the normal range, and the time courses of aspartate aminotransferase of the two Beagle dogs were within the baseline levels after 2 weeks of implantation, demonstrating no liver function complications. The blood urea nitrogen and creatinine levels remained within the normal range, indicating no renal function complications. The total protein and albumin fluctuated within the normal range throughout the duration of this study. The level of Creactive protein did not increase and no infection and inflammation were found. The experimental data indicated that the artificial anal sphincter system demonstrated no adverse influence on blood serum chemistry and exhibited an effective system performance.
