周向倾斜静叶在动静干涉中的非定常特性

摘要: 通过对3种不同倾角静叶与动叶的干涉作用进行数值计算,研究了静叶倾角对动叶尾迹相位的影响,得到了静叶表面的压力脉动以及扰动系数分布,并进行了声学试验.结果表明:倾斜静叶能够明显调整动叶尾迹的相位,有效降低一阶单音噪声.

Abstract: Three stators with different lean angle were employed for numerical study to obtain the rotor’s wake evolution, and to get the RMS pressure and ΔCp at stators’ surface. At the experiment part, the noise spectra were measured to compare with numerical study. The results indicate that the wakes of rotor interaction with stator is the main source of noise, and the stator with different lean angle can change the phase of rotor’s wake, the first harmonic of tone noise is the reason for difference of the total sound pressure level (SPL).
