摘要:
为优化双供应商情形下的设备维护和备件订购联合决策,以多零件并行制造系统为对象,采用泊松过程刻画零件的随机退化,基于马尔科夫决策过程对零件替换和备件订购联合决策进行建模,基于设备状态信息和库存状态信息建立系统状态的转移概率,以最小化系统平均总成本为目标,通过值迭代算法求取最优的设备维护和备件订购联合决策.在此基础上为提高计算效率,缩短求解时间,基于序列优化的方法设计启发式策略,通过双零件系统分析了最优策略和启发式策略的决策差异.敏感性分析结果显示,相比最优策略,启发式策略可以在成本增加率不超过5%时减少计算时间.
