Gastric Cancer Prewarning and Early Theranostics System Based on Nanotechnology

摘要: 综述基于纳米技术的胃癌预警与早期诊疗系统这一概念及其指导下的系列研究与成果转化:筛选胃癌预警、早期诊断与分期的系列标志物,并建立相应的检测方法;研制胃癌诊疗一体化的多功能纳米探针,并在动物模型上验证实现相应功能;研发纳米粒子标记的层析芯片与定量检测仪器,以及胃癌边界示踪与转移淋巴结示踪的纳米探针.这些研究成果推动胃癌预警与诊疗系统不断完善,并促进其临床转化与应用.

Abstract: A new concept in the system of gastric cancer prewarning and early theranostics based on nanotechnology is summarized, including a series of research and the achievements under the guidance of the concept. The survey covers three aspects: we screened and identified some gastric cancer biomarkers associated with prewarning, early diagnosis and staging of gastric cancer; we developed a series of multi-functional nanoprobes integrated with the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer, which can realize simultaneous theranostics and monitoring in the gastric cancer mice models; we promoted clinical translation of lateral flow test chips and quantitative testing instruments, and we developed nanoprobes for identifying the operation boundary of gastric cancer and tracing metastasis lymph nodes. The research findings are conducted to perfect the system, and to boost clinical applications.
