汽车油位传感器磨损模型及磨损寿命的可靠性预测

摘要:

通过对油位传感器进行接触力学分析,基于数值离散方法建立了油位传感器的磨损模型,经过干式耐久性磨损实验得到模型的相关参数,并利用蒙特卡洛法对触头与导带的磨损寿命进行可靠性评估.结果表明,所建数值模型和磨损寿命可靠性预测结果可应用于油位传感器的磨损仿真.

Abstract:

By analyzing the contact mechanics of the automotive fuel level sensor, a wear model for the fuel level sensor was established using the numerical discretization method. The parameters of this model were obtained by dry wear durability experiment. The reliability life of the rivet and the track was evaluated using Monte Carlo method. The results showed that the proposed numerical model and reliability prediction results of wear life could be applied to the wear simulation of the fuel level sensor.
