自适应算法在船舶电网保护中的应用

摘要:

提出了适合于船舶电网的自适应保护方案.根据电网运行方式和故障状态的变化,实时修改继电保护参数,有效提高了供电系统的安全性能,可用于解决多工况下继电保护整定配合的问题.其算法主要包括离线计算和在线计算两部分:离线计算生成船舶电网所有工况下的保护整定值,并将其与对应工况存储在中央控制系统中;在线计算则实时采集系统数据,进行网络拓扑识别,从存储的离线计算结果中查询相应的保护定值.以典型船舶电网为对象,搭建过电流自适应保护仿真,结果证明所提保护方案有效、正确.

Abstract:

This paper proposed an adaptive protection scheme for ship grids. The scheme was designed by offline and online computing. Offline calculations produced the protection setting values in all operation conditions, and the settings were  stored in a central control system. Online calculations assembled the operation data in a real-time way and identified the network topology. From the available settings, the corresponding values were chosen from the matching of operation conditions. A typical modelling for over-current adaptive protection were established, whose results proved the correctness and effectiveness of the scheme.
