典型煤种结渣的数值模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Ash Deposit of Typical Coal in Pulverized Coal-Fired Boiler

摘要:   建立了与气固两相流动燃烧模型相耦合的飞灰沉积模型.对一台四角切圆锅炉燃用2种典型煤种(神木煤和淄博煤)时的结渣特性进行了数值模拟,对比了不同的颗粒黏度计算模型,预测了炉膛内不同位置的飞灰沉积量和厚度.模拟结果显示,前墙20~25 m高度附近结渣最严重,燃用神木煤时结渣比淄博煤更多.通过分析认为,采取合理工况,掺烧结渣倾向低的煤种可以有效减轻结渣.

Abstract: A numerical model coupled with comprehensive combustion code to predict ash deposition in a coal-fired boiler was developed. The results show serious slagging is mainly at 20-25 meter height of the front wall, because of the more rapid gas flow and higher temperature, and burning Shenmu coal will result in more slagging than Zibo coal. The predictions indicate slagging can be alleviated by proper operating conditions and using low slagging-tendency coals.
