单生产商-多销售商多生产阶段协同订货模型

The Multi-Production-Period and Collaborative Ordering Model for One-Vendor Multi-buyer Integrated System

摘要: 在单生产商-多销售商联合生产库存系统中,假定策略周期可以包含生产商的多次生产阶段,且不同销售商的订货次数和订货间隔不一定相同,建立了生产商-销售商的多生产阶段-协同订货模型.首先,把多个销售商的不同订货策略转化成一个虚拟销售商的订货策略.然后,把虚拟销售商的订货对应到生产商的不同生产阶段,对每个生产阶段应用单生产商单销售商的库存-时间图对系统整体的库存进行分析,构建了多生产阶段协同订货的数学模型,并给出了求解该模型的启发式算法.最后,用实例证实了该模型所得到的最优平均总费用优于已有的模型.

Abstract:  In the general vendor-buyer integrated production inventory models, there exist common assumptions: only single production period in a strategy cycle; different buyers have the same ordering times and the same order interval. This paper relaxed these assumptions and developed a “multi-production-period and collaborative ordering” model for one-vendor multi-buyer integrated system. First, the different buyers’ ordering can be transformed into a virtual buyers’ ordering. Then, after mapping the virtual buyer’s ordering on the vendor’s different production period, so the system during this period seems as a single-vendor single-buyer system. And the virtual buyer’s ordering strategy should meet the constraints deduced from the inventory-time diagram of single-manufacturer single-buyer system. So, the mathematical model for the “multi-production-period and collaborative ordering” strategy was constructed. And the solution procedure of the heuristic algorithm to solve the model was given. The numerical examples verify that our model can yield a lower cost solution compared with the existing ones.
