LiNbO3(SiO2)/ZL102基高阻尼复合材料的制备及压电阻尼特性

High Damping SiO2Coated LiNbO3 Particles Reinforced ZL102 Composites and Piezo-damping Features

摘要: 采用溶胶/凝胶法在高居里点的LiNbO3压电颗粒表面覆盖SiO2薄膜,以压力浸渗工艺制备LiNbO3(SiO2)/ZL102基复合材料,并通过动态机械热分析仪研究了其在30~350 °C下的阻尼性能.结果表明,当30 °C时,LiNbO3(SiO2)/ZL102基复合材料的内耗是铝基体的3倍,LiNbO3(SiO2)/ZL102基复合材料的2倍;在所选用的测试温度范围内,铝基体、LiNbO3/ZL102LiNbO3(SiO2)/ZL102基复合材料内耗随温度的升高而增加并最终趋于相近.这是由于极化处理的高居里点LiNbO3压电颗粒具有压电阻尼特性,而且SiO2薄膜改变了LiNbO3颗粒外部的电阻率,从而提高了其压电阻尼特性.

Abstract: LiNbO3 piezoelectric particles of high Curie point coated by SiO2 via solgel method were used and then LiNbO3(SiO2)/ZL102composites were fabricated through pressure infiltration. Damping properties from 30 °C to 350 °C were measured by dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer (DMTA). The results reveal that the damping capacity of LiNbO3(SiO2)/ZL102 composite is three times the value of ZL102 alloy and two times as high as LiNbO3/ZL102 composite at 30 °C. And with increasing temperature the damping capacities of three types of materials increase together and gradually become close. In the present paper, piezo-damping was achieved by using poled LiNbO3 piezoelectric particles. Moreover, the piezodamping was enhanced by SiO2 coatings, which changed the resistivity around LiNbO3 particles.
