Abstract:
Warship equipment is always supported by three-echelon spare parts maintenance support and four-echelon spare parts supply support system in wartime. Inventory is an important factor to brigade sustainability. Combat mission and spare parts support system was analyzed. By extending dynamic Palm theorem, probability distribution of SRU in repair can be computed. Dynamic mission, failure, combat damage, condemnations and procurement were considered and brigade mission success evaluation model by spare parts maintenance and supply support in wartime was established. Stock cost was taken as the optimization object and brigade mission success was used as the restriction. Spare parts optimization model based on brigade mission success was established. The spare parts optimization concept was provided based on margin analysis method. Finally, it was illuminated that the model would provide decision-making for equipment support units in designing support concept.
