Abstract:  Focusing on the issue of the performance optimization of the secondary users’ communication in cognitive radio networks, this paper investigated the cooperative node selection and power allocation problem in cooperative cognitive radio networks in order to maximize the transmission rate of the secondary users. By introducing an outage probability increment coefficient which makes the constraint simplified, the original optimization problem was effectively handled by the decomposition method according to the objective functions. The simulation results indicate that the optimal power allocation and cooperative node selection can be obtained, which improves the secondary users’ transmission rate performance while the primary users’ service is protected.
