Modeling and PID Controller Designing for
 Pressure Control System of Cabin Function Test

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that it is not allowed to debug pressure control system parameters of cabin function test directly in the airplane cabin, the model of pressure control system in cabin function test was built. The model contains the effects caused by the dynamic characteristics of pneumatic valve components and the pressure variation process of pipeline, which makes the design of the control system objective and analytical. The model linearization and model reduction were applied to design PID controller for pressure control system in the cabin function test. The simulation results of pressure control system show the PID controller  obtained by analytical method can meet the technical requirements of airplane cabin function test.
