Abstract: 对QStE700TM型高强度钢方矩管进行了滚弯成形试验,研究了滚弯时前辊间距、辊轮间隙和滚弯道次对于方矩管内壁凹陷的影响规律.结果表明,弯管的相对弯曲半径R/D难以表征不同规格方矩管的弯曲性能,而考虑截面尺寸的弯曲参数k与相对内壁凹陷深度具有较好的线性关系,可用于评价滚弯成形内壁的凹陷程度.当前辊间距增加时,弯管内壁的凹陷深度增大;当弯曲半径较大时,辊轮与方矩管之间的间隙对内壁凹陷的影响更加明显;多道次滚弯将导致更为严重的内壁凹陷.
