摘要:
随着用户中产消者占比上升,用户参与需求侧响应不再局限于单向购电模式,且产消者向配电网输送的电能具有间歇性等特点,给配电网可靠性及其评估带来新挑战.基于此,提出计及产消者的激励型需求侧响应下配电网可靠性评估方法.首先,利用双层优化构建普通用户和产消者共存的用户最大收益模型,并分析该模型对可靠性评估的影响;然后,提出计及配电网需求侧响应满意度(SDSR)的评估指标与计及产消者相对波动率(PRV)的可靠性评估指标,并介绍使用方法;最后,基于马尔可夫链蒙特卡罗法利用指标SDSR和指标PRV对IEEE RBTS Bus6模型进行可靠性评估.算例结果表明,产消者在夏季能发挥提升可靠性的最大效用,但同时也存在最突出的潜在波动风险.
