摘要: 针对变动负载环境下运行的多工序柔性制造系统,通过引入运行负载对设备故障率的影响机制,构建了基于比例故障率的设备衰退模型.提出综合设备虚拟役龄以及产能需求的设备启停选择规则,动态量化设备的负载状态.在此基础上,构建考虑历史故障水平的混合因子修复非新模型,提出基于期望维护成本率的多工序系统动态维护模型,并且设计基于系统预防维护时间的贪婪约束算法,获得了优化的预防维护方案.算例分析结果表明:该维护模型能够有效地解决柔性作业下系统维护需求对作业任务的动态响应问题,相较于设备满负载模型以及期望负载模型更具成本优势.
