摘要: 针对服务型制造模式和维护外包服务,面向租赁生产系统的串并联复杂结构和多工序产能需求,提出以产能平衡为前提的租赁利润最大化机会维护策略.以租赁生产系统的串并联结构为研究重点,在维护决策建模中考虑整个系统的产能平衡;构建多类型设备健康演化趋势函数,规划成本率最小化的贯序预知维护计划;在工序层和系统层,以单设备预定的维护时点为组合维护契机,优化机会维护方案;建立以产能平衡为导向的租赁利润优化策略,改进租赁利润结余算法,以实时生成机会维护方案,在保证产能平衡的同时实现租赁利润最大化.通过对比租赁合同期内的全局性维护方案,验证了该策略在服务外包决策中具有显著的经济优势.
