摘要: 在FTM200型摩擦磨损试验机上,以PH13-8Mo不锈钢为配副件,采用正交试验方法在低温-45,-20 ℃以及室温条件下探讨了法向载荷、微动频率和微动振幅及试验时间对碳纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料微动摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明,法向载荷、微动频率和振幅、试验时间以及温度对摩擦系数的影响均非常显著.在-45 ℃时,复合材料的摩擦系数均高于室温时的摩擦系数.法向载荷和温度对复合材料磨损量的影响显著.在相同的温度下,复合材料磨损量随法向载荷的增大而增加;在相同的法向载荷下,-45 ℃时,复合材料的磨损量较室温时的大,其磨损区域萌生出较多的微动裂纹,疲劳剥落现象较明显,其微动磨损机制以疲劳磨损为主;而在室温下,其磨损表面主要为表面树脂的刮痕以及少量的微动裂纹,其微动磨损机制为磨粒磨损.
