摘要: 介绍了一种用于柴油机共轨系统的新型高压泵流量控制装置,运用AMESIM软件建立了流量控制装置的仿真模型,并对其工作过程进行仿真分析.结果表明,所设计的流量控制装置能够改变共轨压力并满足使用要求.

Abstract: A new flow controller which is applied to high pressure common-rail system was introduced. The simulation model of flow controller was established by AMESIM. The working process of flow controller was analyzed. The simulation results indicate that the flow controller can satisfy the requirements of diesel engines and the common rail pressure can be controlled with high precision and better flexibility.
