高校闭环全生命周期科研创新管理模式研究

Research on Scientific Innovative Management Mode Based on Closed-Loop Lifecycle Model in Institutions of Higher Education

摘要: 高校科研项目管理与产品全生命周期管理的原理和流程类似,而闭环产品全生命周期管理具有较好的组织竞争优势.通过对高校现行传统科研管理模式中存在的问题进行分析,描述了在高校科研管理中,设计闭环全生命周期科研创新管理模式的思路和过程,通过近10所“985”高校的实践表明,这种科研创新管理模式可以提高科研管理绩效,值得在其他高校中推广.

Abstract: There are many similarities in theory and process between scientific research projects management in institutions of higher education and product lifecycle management, while the closedloop product lifecycle management has good competence. After the summary and analysis of the current problems of the traditional scientific research management mode, this paper described the ideas and process of the design of scientific research innovative management mode based on closedloop lifecycle model in institutions of higher education. The practices of near ten “985 project” universities show that the scientific research innovative management mode can improve scientific research management performance, and the mode deserves being popularized in others institutions of higher education.
