基于改进TOPSIS法的舰船总体方案群决策方法

摘要:

从系统效能的定义出发,构建了简化的舰船系统效能评估体系;根据群决策理论的基本假设,建立了舰船总体方案的群决策权重确定方法,提出了置信度矩阵的概念;构建了群体判断矩阵优化模型,运用粒子群优化算法对群体判断矩阵进行修正,以保证其判断一致性和群体一致性;引入基于改进TOPSIS法的决策方法、距离与灰色关联度相结合的贴近度公式,以保证最优方案与理想方案的位置和曲线形状的一致性.通过应用实例结果表明,所提出的舰船总体方案群决策方法具有较好的可行性.

Abstract:

From the definition of system performance, a simplified evaluation system for warship system performance was constructed. Based on the  fundamental assumption of group evaluation, the group evaluation weighting making method for warship overall scheme forms and the concept of confidence matrix were proposed. By building the group judgement matrix optimization model, particle swarm optimization (PSO) was used to revise judgement matrix, to assure judgement consistency and group consistency of group judgement matrix; the decision-making method based on improved TOPSIS  for evaluation, and the combination of distance and grey correlation degree in the similarity degree formula was introduced to ensure the consistency of location and curve shape of optimal scheme and ideal scheme, and enhance the comprehensiveness of the decision-making rules. The application example  proved that the decisionmaking method was feasible as a new method for ship overall scheme evaluation.
