船用气囊力学特性及极限承载力分析

摘要:

分析了承压气囊变形的几何描述和根据薄壁压力容器受力分析应力理论,建立了统一的气囊变形与承载力、内压关系数学模型.通过单轴拉伸试验确定囊体材料特征,提出了承压气囊的力学特性和极限承载力的计算方法.通过算例验证,证明该方法可用于承压气囊理论分析,为船用气囊下水的安全使用提供了指导.

Abstract:

The general geometry deformation and principle of thin shell pressure container etc were studied. A mathematical model of deformation, bearing force and inner air pressure of a loaded airbag was built. The membrane material property was determined by the uniaxial tensile test. The unified model could predict mechanical property and ultimate bearing capacity of the loaded airbag. Some cases were calculated and compared with the experimental data. The model was validated  as a guidance for safety launching application.
