摘要:

针对数控机床热误差变化复杂而难以用常规方法预测的问题,将温升过程的热误差按不同的误差因素分解为静态基准误差和温升影响误差2个部分,分别建模并叠加生成热误差整体预测模型;利用所建模型对一台典型三轴数控铣床进行热误差预测;同时,结合自主研发的误差实时补偿系统,采用模型预测值对机床热误差进行实时补偿.结果表明:所提出的模型可以准确预测温升过程中任意温度的变化状态和坐标位置的热误差;模型预测值对机床热误差的补偿效果显著,可大幅降低热误差对加工精度的影响.

Abstract:

A new modeling method was presented to smooth over the difficulties of thermal error modeling on computerized numerical control (CNC) machine tools. This method separates the thermal error into static error and error influenced by temperature alteration, then modeling separately, finally  the two parts are combined into an integrated thermal error prediction model. Applying this model in a typical three axis CNC milling machine for thermal error prediction, the result shows that it can accurately predict the thermal error under any given temperatures and coordinates. With an innovative real time compensation system, using the predicted error to carry out the real time compensation experiment, the compensation effect validates that the thermal error can be significantly reduced.
