摘要: 针对大型复杂多孔零件注射成型模拟中网格模型大、计算耗时和模拟精度低的问题,根据体积相等的原则和多孔特征截面的简化方法,用简单截面的形状因子和等效厚度来替代多孔复杂截面,推导了圆形孔和六边形孔的形状因子和等效厚度的计算公式. 利用推导公式对某汽车后门板注塑成型过程进行数值模拟,大大缩短了计算时间,并准确预测了零件熔接痕和气泡的位置,可应用于具有类似特征产品的注塑工艺模拟.
