摘要: 设计并进行了集料挤压破碎力实验,并以此建立较为精确的挤压破碎力求解模型;通过对物料的运动学特征分析和对破碎过程求解,获得破碎腔各区域的压缩比和粒度分布系数及挤压破碎压力;分析了破碎壁表面挤压破碎力的作用形式并求解其分量,实现了对破碎壁表面磨损量的求解.结果表明:所建立的集料挤压破碎力模型的求解结果与实地调研所得结果相符,并实现了对破碎壁表面磨损趋势的预测.

Abstract: The rock material compression experiments were carried out and a pressure model relating compression ratio and particle size distribution to compression pressure was presented. The kinematics of rock material in crushing chamber was analyzed and a method for calculating the pressure distribution on cone crusher liners was proposed. Calculating the components of crushing pressure and putting them into wear prediction model, the liner wear of cone crusher was achieved. The results show that the model is consistent with the research data, and the prediction of wear is realized.
