摘要: 青少年特发性脊柱侧凸严重影响青少年的身心健康。过去,治疗性矫形器的研究忽略了肌肉因素的影响。针对这一问题,基于逆向工程原理,通过对脊柱CT数据模型进行三维重建,将脊柱周围的肌肉力导入脊柱肌肉力模型,并利用AnyBody软件进行仿真。从几何相似性和生物力学有效性两方面验证了所建立模型的有效性。为了获得所施加的矫形力与Cobb角和椎体位移之间的关系,建立了符合脊柱解剖结构的有限元模型,并对该有限元模型进行了脊柱侧凸的生物力学分析。合理控制椎旁肌对矫形治疗有积极作用,拟合方程可为医生施加矫形力提供参考。
