Abstract

In order to accurately evaluate demand response capability of cement industry users for the operation of power system under the fluctuations of process multivariate loads and wind and photovoltaic generation, an evaluation method for demand response interval of cement industry users considering multiple uncertainties is proposed. Firstly, the box uncertainty set is used to describe the fluctuations characteristics of process multivariate loads and wind and photovoltaic generation in cement industry users, and the mapping relationship between the uncertainty width and the conservatism parameter is established, on this basis, the constraints of conservatism parameter are improved, and the adaptive optimization of the conservatism parameter is used to solve the coupling influence between process multivariate loads. Secondly, a robust optimization evaluation model of demand response interval of cement industry users with the lowest operating cost as the objective function is established, and the column and constraint generation algorithm is used to get the operation status of each process equipment, and the external response power is used as the boundary to evaluate demand response interval of cement industry users. Finally, the example shows that the proposed method can effectively evaluate demand response interval of cement industry users at the optimal cost considering the fluctuations influence of process multivariate loads and wind and photovoltaic generation, which provides guidance for cement industry users to participate in the power grid dispatching and power trading.
