Abstract

At present, the transformation of chemical substances mainly depends on the reconstruction of molecules, i.e., molecular reactions. If an atom in a molecule under normal conditions can be arbitrarily changed instead of replacing atoms,or some specific atoms can be directly reorganized to afford new atoms, it will make atomic reactions be transformed into practical chemical reactions.
