Can Immunotherapy Cure Cancer?

Abstract

With the rapid development of therapeutics such as immune checkpoint blockade, tumor vaccines, and adoptive cellular immunotherapy, cancer immunotherapy has demonstrated significant advantages over traditional treatment methods. This paper briefly introduces the challenges in the current cancer immunotherapy, and discusses herein whether immunotherapy could lead to the paradigm shift of cancer therapy or even cure cancer.
