Abstract:

Short-delay blasting was used in a pipe-jacking tunnel in order to pass through rock stratum. And three-dimensional finite element numerical analysis on the influence of the blasting to bored machine and surrounding ground was carried out. The effects of different ground conditions, different clogged lengths were carefully analyzed in the numerical analysis. The analysis results indicate that shock and vibration of blasting on the bored machine reduce with the increase of clogged length. An appropriate clogged length can evidently decrease the influence of blasting on the machine. The blasting vibration on the surrounding rock of full rock face is smaller than that of half rock face condition. The influence of central hole is smaller than that of peripheral hole.
