摘要： 简要介绍了造血干细胞的基础研究和临床应用价值，指出大量造血干细胞的获得是亟待解决的重要科学问题.造血干细胞扩增和诱导产生造血干细胞是极具前景的研究方向，同时面临多重机遇和挑战.

Abstract: This paper briefly introduces the basic research and clinical application value of hematopoietic stem cells and points out that acquiring a large number of hematopoietic stem cells is an important scientific problem to be solved urgently. Expansion and induction of hematopoietic stem cells is a promising research direction, which faces multiple opportunities and challenges.
