摘要: 摘要: 采用国际海事组织(IMO)衡准研究成果,通过针对不同类型实船的校核计算,分析得到若干实船设计参数与参数横摇敏感性的关系,为识别潜在风险提供了依据,并在此基础上,为Level 2衡准2nd check标准值的选取和直接计算衡准的制订提出若干建议.
