波浪载荷作用下海洋结构焊趾表面裂纹的应力强度因子计算

摘要: 摘要: 提出一种考虑波浪外载荷影响的应力强度因子计算方法,并通过与权威经验公式进行对比以验证其有效性;在不同的浪向、频率下对某半潜平台立柱与撑杆连接处肘板焊趾表面裂纹应力强度因子幅值进行计算.结果表明:由经验公式所得应力强度因子幅值与实际波浪载荷作用下的结果差别很大;可根据部分计算结果预测不同波浪载荷作用下不同尺寸裂纹的应力强度因子幅值.

Abstract: Abstract: This paper proposed a stress intensity factor calculation method for structures under wave loads. The proposed method was proved correct by comparing it with the empirical formulas. Then, the method was applied to the surface crack at weld toe of a bracket between the column and brace of a semisubmersible platform. The results show that the stress intensity factor ranges calculated by empirical formulas are very different from those of the proposed method. The stress intensity factor ranges for all crack sizes of a structure under wave loads can be derived by a part of results obtained by the proposed method.
