基于插值算法的数控机床复合误差补偿技术

摘要:

为提高数控机床的加工精度,提出了基于线性插值法和牛顿插值法的数控机床几何与热的复合误差建模方法,并利用数控系统外部机床坐标系的偏置功能,应用自行研发的综合误差实时补偿系统进行误差在线实时补偿.结果表明:所提出的模型具有计算简便、预测精度高等优点,可用于各种复杂加工场合中的数控机床几何误差与热误差的实时补偿.

Abstract:

In order to improve the accuracy of computer numerical control(CNC) machine tools, a compound modelling method of geometric and thermal error was presented based on linear interpolation and Newton interpolation. Online realtime error compensation was implemented by applying the CNC external machine zero point shift function and a novel self-developed synthesis error real-time compensation system. The experimental results show that the new model is convenient in calculation and precise in prediction. Therefore it is suitable for the real-time compensation of geometric and thermal error of machine tools in complex industrial applications.
