摘要:

建立了考虑预应变和烘烤硬化影响的铝合金流动应力模型.对经历过不同大小、方向预应变和不同烘烤处理的A6111铝合金板料做了不同方向的单拉试验.对比各常用流动应力模型拟合效果后选取H-S模型.对试验和拟合数据进行归纳统计,并分析了各主要影响因素对HS模型中拟合参数的影响.此流动应力预测模型可帮助提高汽车碰撞仿真的准确性.

Abstract:

The forming history should be taken into consideration to get more precise numeric simulation results in car crash simulations. In this paper the A6111T4P aluminum alloy sheet metal underwent different prestraining and baking treatment.  Then tensile tests were conducted to obtain flow stress curves. The HS flow stress model was selected and key factors influencing the fitting parameters in the HS model were analyzed using the method of inductive statistics based on experimental results. Finally, a novel flow stress model for aluminum alloy related to prestrain and baking was built.
