摘要: 针对离散点域中夹具定位元件布局的优化设计问题,提出了带惩罚因子的弹簧接触模型,并将所有接触点的弹簧密度作为设计变量,采用拓扑优化算法优化夹具与工件系统的变形,并给出了实现所提方法优化夹具定位元件布局的具体实例.结果表明,该算法对二维和三维柔性夹具系统定位元件的布局优化都非常有效.

Abstract: For the problem of optimal fixture layout design in discrete point set domain, this paper proposed a topology optimization method. A penalized spring contact model was presented. The spring densities of the candidate contact points were introduced as a set of design variables. The objective is to minimize the deformation of the workpiecefixture system. The implementation of the algorithm and numerical examples were also presented. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method for both 2-D and 3-D cases.
