蓝光光盘系统中盘片径向倾斜的跟踪误差特性分析

摘要: 基于衍射理论,根据标准蓝光光盘参数,计算了聚焦光斑在光盘表面扫描过程中的出瞳光强分布,得到位相移动(Differential Push Pull,DPP)循迹误差信号,并在此基础上分析了盘片径向倾斜角度对循迹误差信号的影响,以及DPP法中放大度数值与循迹信号的倾斜敏感度的关系.结果表明,蓝光光盘系统中,盘片正常读取允许的最大径向倾斜角度为0.39°,且DPP法中放大度数的值仅影响其产生的循迹误差信号的幅值大小,对循迹误差信号的倾斜敏感度无影响.

Abstract:  Based on diffraction theory and parameters for blueray disc, this paper investigated the energy distribution on exit pupil and tracking error signal by differential push pull (DPP) method when focus spot scanning through the bluray disc. The paper also evaluated the influence of disk radial tilt on tracking error signal and the relation between amplification degree and tilt sensitive of tracking error signal. The result shows that the allowable radial tilt angle should be smaller than 0.39° to make sure that the blue disk is read correctly, and the amplification degree in DPP method only affects the amplitude of tracking error signal without influence on its tilt sensitivity.
