无排放加注影响因素的试验研究

摘要: 通过搭建低温液体无排放加注试验台,定量控制进液温度、进液流量、初始壁面温度、加注结构和加注高度5个影响因素,并分析了其对加注特性参数(压力、最终充满率和加注时间)的影响规律.结果表明:进液温度、初始壁面温度对接收容器内压力产生正面影响;进液流量影响加注时间,而加注高度和加注结构对无排放加注产生综合影响.

Abstract: A test rig of no-vent fills for cryogen was set up to study the feasibility and influencing factors of no-vent fills. Five main parameters, including incoming liquid temperature, inflow rate, initial wall temperature, outlet height and filling configurations are changed to find out their effects on the performance of no-vent fills. It is experimentally shown that the pressure in the receiver tanks will increase if either the incoming liquid temperature or the initial wall temperature increases. Inflow rate impacts mostly on the filling time. The filling outlets’ height and configuration make combined influence on the performance of novent fills.
