中空夹胶玻璃幕墙爆炸响应的三维数值模拟

摘要: 针对中空夹胶玻璃幕墙系统爆炸响应问题,考虑玻璃板块间气体层作用及周围支撑部件影响,建立了爆炸冲击波和中空夹胶玻璃幕墙流固耦合的三维精细有限元模型,在高性能计算平台上重现了玻璃幕墙防爆炸原型试验中爆炸冲击波与中空夹胶玻璃幕墙的相互作用过程.研究了爆炸冲击波作用下幕墙的动态响应情况,得到了与试验一致的结果.数值模拟分析为玻璃幕墙结构的抗爆设计与改进提供了参考依据.

Abstract: A threedimensional finite element model for blast response of double laminated insulating glass curtain wall was constructed. The whole blaststructure coupling model took into account the air layer between glass plies and supporting components representing real blast environment. The whole process from explosive detonation to response of curtain wall was reproduced on a high performance computing platform. The dynamic behavior of glass unit in the curtain wall under blast loading was analyzed and the numerical results were found to be in agreement with the experiment. The results provide reference for the blast resistance design and improvement of curtain wall system.
