摘要: 提出了一种基于结构光测量数据的两轴转台标定新方法.在转台绕摆动轴转动过程中对按一定布局固定在转台上的2个标定球进行不同视角测量,通过数据分割得到每个球的数据并计算其球心,采用2个标定球球心所在圆的圆心精确标定了转台摆动轴轴线;同理,可以标定出转动轴的初始轴线.通过计算得到转动轴在任意视角的方位,从而精确标定了两轴转台的位姿,实现了多视测量数据在线自动拼合,提高了数据拼合的精度.实验证明,所提出的标定方法简单、高效,并适用于其他转台测量系统.

Abstract: A new method to calibrate the axes of the turntable was presented based on the measurement data in the structured light measurement system. Two balls were mounted on the turntable by a given mode. Let the two balls circle around the swing axis and measure the two balls at different angles. Get each ball’s data and calculate its center. Each ball’s centers define a circle. The two circle’s center defines the swing axis. The rolling axis at the origin position can be decided in the same way. Then the rolling axis at any position can be calculated easily. So the MultiView can be integrated automatically. The experiments show that this method is simple,efficient and can be used in other measuring system with a turntable.
