人才区域性流动机理及其效应分析

摘要: 运用经济学中效应最大化的原理,分析了人才产生区域性流动的内在机制.通过人才个体对流动前、后的整体效应的相互比较,构建出人才区域性流动的效应模型.由模型可得,产生人才区域性流动的整体效应主要取决于收入的差异性、环境的外部性和流动的区域效应,人才产生区域性流动是这3种效应共同作用的结果.

Abstract: Using the principle of maximization of effect in economy, this article built a model of talents’ regional flow, through comparing the effect before and behind the flow decision. It believed that there are three aspects of reason to influence the talents flow decision, i.e. the differences in income, the externality of environment and the regional effects of talents’ flow. The talents make a flow decision not only basing on the direct effects of their income, but also basing on the indirect effects of produce and environment.
