摘要:
如何充分利用已有信息提高配电网故障诊断准确性,为配电网抢修提供精准研判是亟待解决的问题.针对已有配电网故障诊断信息来源单一的问题,提出融合配电网中、低压信息与变电站出线电流信息的配电网故障研判模型.该模型首先针对已有过电流诊断方法难以适用于大规模配电网的问题,分层缩减配电网求解规模,提高故障区段定位速率;然后针对过电流告警信息准确性问题,提出基于开关继电保护事件顺序记录(SOE)数据和变电站出线负荷骤降数据的配电网故障辅助研判手段;最后,总结实际工程中多方位信息数据融合配电网故障研判步骤,为调度人员故障诊断提供借鉴.工程实践证明:所提方法能有效进行故障诊断,对于大规模配电网适应性极强;结合开关动作SOE和遥测电压信息的辅助诊断模型,能满足过电流诊断模型对遥信信息准确性要求高的特点,两者互补性较高,工程实践中具有较好的故障诊断效果.
